This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing your stay and use of services provided by Marhaba Hotel ("the Hotel"). By making a reservation, checking in, or using any of our services, you ("the Guest") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Introduction

This Agreement sets forth the legal framework for the relationship between the Hotel and its Guests. Our aim is to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all. Please read these terms carefully.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 Booking Methods: Reservations can be made through our official website, by phone, via email, through authorized online travel agencies (OTAs), or directly at the Hotel front desk.

2.2 Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation number issued by the Hotel. A valid credit card or other approved payment guarantee is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.

2.3 Payment Requirements:

  • Full payment for your stay is typically due upon check-in, unless otherwise specified in your reservation confirmation (e.g., for prepaid rates or group bookings).
  • The Hotel accepts major credit cards, mobile money, cash, and bank transfers. Other payment methods must be approved in advance.

2.4 Cancellation Policy:

4.2 Respectful Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not disturb other guests or hotel staff. This includes maintaining reasonable noise levels, especially during quiet hours (e.g., 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).

4.3 No Smoking Policy: The Hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy within all guest rooms, indoor public areas, and designated non-smoking zones. Smoking is only permitted in clearly marked outdoor smoking areas. Violations will incur a cleaning fee of [$250 USD] charged to your account.

  • Bringing outside food and beverages into the Hotel's dining areas without prior permission.
  • Tampering with fire detection systems or fire-fighting equipment.
  • Bringing pets (unless it's a certified service animal with prior approval).
  • Any conduct that threatens the safety or security of other guests or staff.

4.6 Valuables: Guests are advised to store valuables in the in-room safe (if available) or the safety deposit box at the front desk. The Hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal possessions left unattended in rooms or public areas.

5. Hotel Rights

The Hotel reserves the right to:

  • Refuse accommodation or services to any person.
  • Require guests to leave the Hotel premises due to their conduct or behavior, or for any safety, security, or medical reasons, without refund.
  • Enter guest rooms for maintenance, security, or emergency purposes, or for daily housekeeping (unless a "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed, in which case entry will be limited to emergencies or after a reasonable period).
  • Amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.

6. Liability

  • The Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property arising from causes beyond the Hotel's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
  • The Hotel's liability for loss or damage to guest property is limited as per applicable local laws.
  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless from any liability, loss, damage, cost, and expense arising out of or in connection with their stay and use of Hotel services.

7. Data Privacy
